About our school

The Children’s Lodge has been successfully running as a Montessori School since 1988. It orginally was a lodge which was carefully transformed into a purpose build Montessori School. We have car park at the back of the school.

The Lodge has of 2 large open plan spacious rooms, a hallway and a purpose built child sized kitchen. Our classrooms are cheerful and stimulating and are specifically adapted to suit childrens needs. We offer inclusive environments. Our indoor environment has direct access to our outdoor environment. Our outdoor area is surrounded by a large stone wall to ensure the safety of all children.

• Our staff are friendly, dependable, enthusiastic, professional and are constantly involved in Continious Professional Development and training.
• We offer morning and afternoons preschool sessions.

• Children will have access to the Access and Inclusion Model(AIM) if needed. AIM offers a model of supports to ensure that children with additional needs can access the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Programme. https://aim.gov.ie/
• We offer an inclusive environment that promotes the well being of all children.
